New Orleans

Last weekend Chad and I headed to New Orleans for a Cardinals Playoff Game. We had a fantastic time!!! We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn which was minutes away from Bourbon St and the French Quarter. We ate great food, enjoyed the beignets, people watched, visited bourbon st, went on a swamp tour, and visited the superdome. It was a nice trip away without the kids.

Me holding the baby alligator. It was a little slimy. I wasn't expecting to see one and all of a sudden the captain of this boat comes out with it.I loved all of the mossy trees in the swamp.there is an alligator hanging out on the log. He is right in the middle down low.

Happy Birthday Andrew

Last week we went to Andrews birthday party at Bounce Jungle. The boys had so much fun bouncing all around. Carson is now big enough to enjoy it as well...but, mommy still has to climb up and take him down the slides. Can't wait till he is big enough to do that on his own.

California Christmas

Two weekends ago my mom, the boys and myself headed to California to visit Uncle Benz and the girls. We had a such a great trip and the boys really enjoyed playing with their cousins Cami and Ashylnn. Grandma K brought along the newest addition to her family, her little puppy Kodi. He had just as much fun playing with all the kids. We hope we get to see the girls again in March. Below is a slideshow from our vacay.

Zoo Day

The new year started with a family trip to the zoo. The boys had so much fun going to the zoo with Mommy and Daddy. Cole and Chad touched the sting rays and me and the boys fed the giraffs. Did you know that for $3 between the hours of 10-11 you can feed them. It was the coolest thing ever and the highlight of my visit.

My Blankie

Carson has a blankie that he can't seem to be without. He only sucks his thumb when he is snuggling with this blanket and it's the cutest thing ever. The other day I had to wash it and poor Carson was saddend by the event. He stood there for the first 15 mintutes crying for his blankie. Then I think he eventually gave up. He was finally in heaven to be reunited with it! Lord knows what's going to happen if we ever loose it.
