az sledding

This past winter we took the kids sledding and bought some awesome sleds. Well, the sleds just sit on the side of our house and serve no purpose to us at all. Let's be real sledding in AZ???
So, I decided to make some use out of them. I filled them up with water and miss Caylee has her own water toy. She LOVES to play in it and splash around and has just as much fun eating all of her toys too.

As most of you know, i have two boys and a little girl. I love, love, love all the stuff they make for little girls and I just can't seem to get enough of it!!!!!!!!!

My new love is Baby Legs...

They are so cute and
actually
help to protect her cute little legs.

Milk and a blankie

If carson were stranded on an island, the only two things he would need to survive would be milk and a blankie. He is seriously addicted to both of these things and we are slowing working on weening him... from both.

The blankie now has to stay in his room and we are trying to cut back on the milk. wish us luck!!

Mexico

For Spring Break the Perhams headed to mexico. We caravanned down with the parents, and Chad's brother and his family. We rented an amazing beach house and had a fantastic time.

Grandpa Don and Grandma Linda with all the grandkids.

Strike a pose! I saw this swimsuit and couldn't resist. Wouldn't you buy it too???

Every afternoon with the tide headed out the kids had fun hunting for crabs and sand dollars. Chad and the boys each found a sand dollar. I really should of taken a picture of them as they looked pretty cool.

Don't you just want to squeeze those cheeks!!!

Or squeeze, those thighs???
Caylees first dip in the ocean. She wasn't too sure what to think of it.

But...she sure did like to eat the sand. It drove me crazy. I am not looking forward to our trip to Cali next month. She puts everything in her mouth. at one point on the trip she coughed and out came a shell.

My two little rug rats refused to look at the camera and smile. grrrr.....

Carson playing in the ocean with his trucks.

Grandma Linda playing with the kids.

My solution to Caylee putting everything in her mouth...lock her up!!

Our view from our patio. not bad.

standing up or...

hmmm....

should i talk about how Miss Caylee is finally starting to pull herself up, Or should I talk about her cute little farmers tan????

Miss Caylee is finally trying to pull herself up and will stand for a little bit. She wanted nothing to do with it but is finally starting to cave. The longer I can keep her less mobile the better!!!

OK. really. How cute is her farmer tan??? think she got if from our vacay to mexico!!

Miss Caylee is 9 months old and is officially a crawler. She has been moving around for months doing the army crawl... but now, she is on the move!!! Sometimes I have to search the house looking for her. Her she is trying to get the boys Hex bugs!!!! Go Girl Go!!!

Visit to AZ

My Pops and Grandma Cindy made a quick trip out to az a couple weeks ago. They boys had fun seeing Grandma Chuck and Grandma Cindy and my parents had fun seeing miss Caylee. Last time they saw her she was only 6 weeks old.

My good friend Laura turned us on to this fun and addicting toy, it's called a perplexes. Pops and Cindy had fun playing and Caylee enjoyed watching.

ta da...

We are in a cul de sac lot and have a huge pie shaped lot. On the east side we have 3500 sq feet of grass. My husband wanted it simple and wanted it to be a baseball diamond. We did this side of the yard two years ago when we moved in. But this past January we started on the rest of the year. It only took 8 weeks to turn dirt into this!!! We couldn't be more happier with the results and my boys had the best 8 weeks of their lives watching dump trucks, diggers, saws, etc....

That's the fireplace with the sitting wall off to the left and the grill area to the right.

Love that the grill is bar height on the pool side

our water slide!!!!!!

We can't wait for the water to warm up so we can take a dip!!!
