Fort Fun

Earlier this week it was raining and not much to do...but build a FORT!!! The boys love the fort and we have yet to take it down. We hide from Daddy in it, eat snacks and read books. How we will take this down is beyond me. Maybe it will be our new furniture in our front room!!

Below are pictures from last night. Daddy and the boys read books and ate some girl scout cookies!!

Pretty in Pink Bunco

This past weekend Jacki hosted our monthly bunco. This months theme was pretty in pink bunco! As usual I walked away with no money but had such a great time hanging out with the girls. Maybe next month I will win big.

Soccer Mom

It's official - I am a soccer mom! Last weekend Cole had his first soccer game - Go Hornets!! We went to the game and had so much fun watching, but that's all we did was watch. Cole was too shy to get involved in the action. After a couple weeks I am sure he will get right in there and show off his skills. Our soccer team is meeting this week for a playdate so that will be good for Cole to get to know everyone on the team.

It's a girl! It's a girl! It's a girl!

Did you hear the news???? It's a GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last week we had our 18 week ultra sound and got the news it was a girl. When she first told us I wasn't sure I heard her correctly. Then she typed it on the screek - GIRL with arrows pointing to the girly parts. At that point and time tears started coming down my cheeks. This whole pregnancy I have thought the baby was a boy and called the baby in my belly a 'he' since day one. I asked the ultra sound check if she was sure and if maybe the penis was tucked away somewhere. She assured me 100% that it was a girl. I have been beaming ever since I got the news. My moms work sent us a dozen pink roses, i bought the cutest skirt ever, friends have given me the cutest outfits as gifts...all because it's a girl! Chad and I are so excited and can't wait to meet baby girl perham in july!!

Superbowl Sunday

The Perham Gang hosted our 7th Annual Superbowl Bash!! We had so much fun watching the game with our friends and family and the kids had a blast playing with all their friends. This year we rented a big bouncy and the kids were entertained all day long. There were so many good dishes and dips that half of the day was spent eating. Good thing we have a lot of counter space, we had 7 crock pots going at once.

Family fun

Last weekend we took the boys out to dinner - teppanyaki style! The kids had a blast, loved the food and were entertained thoughout the meal. That to us = success!!! Boys sluped down the meso soup, ate the veggies and enjoyed their steak and chicken. What the heck??? Why don;t they eat like this at home. Do i need to make an onion into a volcano and light it on fire????

brotherly love

The boys are so stinking cute together...most of the time! They have such a blast playing, rough housing and bathing. My favorite part of the day is when i am doing something and hear the boys in the background playing with eachother and giggling. I love the fact they have eachother and are such good buddies. Cole does a great job looking out for Carson and Carson looks up to his brother Cole so much.
